2. Introducing Speed of Service metric in DriveThru: SoS is a new custom, standardized metric to evaluate DriveThru performance across stores. Easily compare setups like 2-station vs. 3-station. For example: SoS = Order Entry → Window Exit, tracking total customer time from placing an order to receiving it.
